Our fully accessible hall is available for functions such as baby showers, birthday parties, holiday get togethers and more. For your rental, you have access to tables and chairs, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee urn and small coffee machine and kettle. There is also an ice machine in the basement that you can use.

There is a ramp to access at the rear of the building with an accessible washroom on the main floor.

We do not allow alcohol or smoking in the hall and smoking outside in designated areas only.

Please note that in order to book the hall, you must provide us with a certificate of liability insurance of not less than two million dollars showing CUPE Local 109 as co-insured for the time of your rental. This can be done through your own insurance company.
